Nourhaghighi: I was the client of Borden and Elliot[Gosnell], therefore, Borden and Elliot could          not act against me; this fact was before Judge Wilkins, but he did not paid       attention.
McMurtry:  You can raise this issue before the panel, thank you!
Nourhaghighi: Thank you!

The Ontario Provincial Police was harassing Nourhaghighi during the proceeding and walking very close to him; harassment in the Canadian Courts always was used as a wrongdoing to
force the other party.  McMurtry did not read the pleading against himself; 20 years ago when he was the Minister of the Attorney General of Ontario, he made Order to the Courts that as far as possible the adjournments of the hearing should be avoided. NOW, Nourhaghighi proved that pleading against McMurtry was still true, when the Judge sitting beside him- Goudge, ignored the letter that could save a lot of costs for all parties!

The Writer Notes:
The Canadians, are dishonest people, in their social contact, and in writing reports against each other. They never hesitate to accuse a victim for a wrong that he never down it; when the Canadians' Authorities asking them to do so; they will do it with a pleasure. It is unbelievable how the human beings may fall in this level of the meanness.
In writing of the following fictions I tried to use ten thousands hours of experiences that I had in the Canadians Courts, in the City of Toronto.  I have acted in all positions that a man may be force to stand to act in the courtroom; I was a courtroom watcher, witness, accused, defendant, respondent, applicant, plaintiff, appellant, counter applicant; and even I was the "minister of justice"in the prosecution against Metropolitan Toronto Condominium Corporation 935.
I have tried my best to be as reasonable as a man may be in writing of his Memory for the History; but, I admit that sometimes I may pass the zone of reasonableness, as it is very hard to write reasonably against serious criminal misconduct that Canadians did against me and my childers; and at the same time control your feelings toward them.
I deeply understand the feelings of many Canadians who do not have true pictures from their Society and corrupted officials; otherwise they may apply like me for Political Asylum, to demonstrate their anger toward abuse of power and authorities in Canada.

Hundreds of Billions Dollars is Canadians loses due to corruption among Lawyers and Judges;
if Canadians are not able to understand this fact, or do not want to hear, and if Canadians unable to do anything against this great crime in the name of administration of justice; it is certainly their fault; not me. I could not live in a society that breaches the Holy Bills of  Human Rights,
if I could take it, I would stay in my dear Home Iran. I was Senior Fighter Pilot; that means that I love Iran up to that degree that I have presented my Life for Iran. But "Human Rights" for me is above the love of Iran. Here in Canada,if I had a passport I would not stay a minute in Canada[ this is reply to many e-mails]; therefore since 1994, I am Political Asylum Seeker as the torture Canadian Resident.

His Honour Ass-Hole is Canadian Judge! Is not an imaginary story. I have seen hundreds judges in the benches; here either you have to trust to my word as an eye witness and victim,
or reply to me why 500,000 criminal charges we have every years in Ontario, plus millions of other charges under the By-law and other Acts, particularly Highway Traffic Act.

The Story of His Honour Ass Hole, is a Canadian Judge! and will cover all kinds of crimes in the administrations of the Criminal and Civil Justice in Canada. I have attacked intentionally to the Canadians Judges; as they have given full authority, immunity, and very good salary that be able to control a courtroom according to the law. The Judges can not do it; and they do not have willing to do!

The Judges can not do it because there is a conflict of interest between the Ministry of Justice and with Attorney General. In Canada, there is one Minister for two Ministries of "Justice" and "Attorney General".  The Courtrooms and the Registries are fully controlled with the "Attorney General"; even the secretaries of judges, are servants of the "Attorney General"; they are not servants of the "Ministry of Justice".
Therefore, the impartiality power of the judges, have been maliciously isolated at 100% by all servants of the "Attorney General".  In a simple case; the most Honourable Canadian Judges;
Senior Judge Norman Douglas Coo, made an Order; His Secretary did not send his Order to me in accordance to plan of conspiracy of the "Attorney General of Ontario" Charles Harnick.

The Judges do not have willing to do! And this is the reason for all Stories of  His Honour Ass Hole,is a canadian Judge!! Canadian Judges are selected among the Lawyers who have at least ten years experience!  Then, you will see how judges have closed their eyes, or joined to the corrupted parties to break and contempt the Law and Courtroom.This is the ONLY reason that Canada is falling; where the Canadians Lawyers are the most corrupted Lawyers in the World!

The Clerk is shouting: -Allllll Risssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
All poor people, suddenly jumping from their seats! Their eyes are wide open, and their face are colorless! The total  hunger and lack of sleep with a great worry of the severe punishments
can be seen in their faces.  I could clearly hear the heart bits of a Man who was sitting in a wheel chair beside me!!!  

Two Fascists white bully Canadians Court Officers, in blue uniforms, standing in the both side of the courtroom; with staring eyes, which is hidden under short head of the Nazi Hat, watching the poor people, to make sure that all standing in "Attention".  One of them address the
Court Officer:Hey You!  Are you deaf! Stand Uppppp!
Man:Cann't you see I am on Wheel Chair?
Court Officer:  Than take off your hat !
Man:This is a religious hat, and I can not take it!
His Honour Ass Hole, is Canadian Judge!; with anger looked to the Man, and said to the Court Officer to take the Man outside the Courtroom.
Clerk:  His Honour, he has business here!
Judge: Take him out, when was his turn we would call him!
Both Officers have rushed and pushed the Man out of the Courtroom.
The Prosecutor, was a young white woman, wearing a red mini skirt with a black sleeve less black top. Sitting very relax, with cross-legs toward the bench of justice.  
The Judge still was following the Man, with anger, who had difficulty to get out of door with wheel chair. Than turn his eyes toward the Prosecutor, and suddenly his lips were opened to his ears, and his eyes be come very kind; and with very soft voice said:
Judge:Yes, Madam Crown, pleaseeee go a head!!
The Prosecutor, who was still seating of the chair and talking with an Agent; just shack her head and continued, to her argument with the agent who had an open calender in his hand. She was not on rush at all; than:
Crown:Good Morning Your Honour, first we deal with adjournments!
Judge:  Go a head pleaseeeeeee!
Crown:  The Agent requesting the cases from 1 to 15 be adjourned to September 22!
Judge:  Is it agree able?
Agent: Yes Your Honour!

Judge signed all 15 cases and said to Agent "Thank Youuu!".  Than the Prosecutor called all cases till I remain in the Courtroom.
Crown: Chi Tank!
Crown: Are You Chi Tank?
Me:  No!
Crown: Your Honour no reply, I ask the conviction be entered!
Judge: Okkkkkkkkk Madam Crown...
The Clerk who was talking with phone, interrupted his conversation and  said:
Clerk:  Who is that guy that send him out said!
Crown: Whoooooo?
Judge:  Ohhh, Officer call him!
Officer shouting in the Hall: Chi Tank, Chi Tank!

The Man with wheel chair enter to the courtroom.
Judge: Are you Chiii Toonkk!
Man: Yes!
Crown: Are you Chii Taannkk!
Man : Yes!
Judge: Are you ready to proceed?
Man: NO!
Crown: Are you ready to proceed?
Man: I said NO!
Judge: Why Not?
Crown: What you are not ready to proceed, why?
Man: Because I was sick and I could not prepare myself for defence, therefore, I am requesting
   an adjournment please?
Judge: Whattttttttt????
Crown: Your Honour Crown is Opposed, this case has been set for today hearing and he must
 proceed!
